Terms and conditions

The Community Hall cannot be used for any type of direct/indirect political purpose or for any personal business gain.
Drinking alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited inside the Community Hall as well as in the adjoining Community Centre grounds. Authorities representing the GC Block Welfare Association have every right to stop the such act or cancel the booking without refund of money and stop the function at any point of time without prejudice in case of non-conformity with this condition.
If a Member/Resident of GC Block wants to book the Community Hall for a purpose originating outside the block, then charges applicable to non-members shall be levied.
Booking shall be accepted on receipt of the full amount. The Association reserves the right to accept other bookings on the said date in case the full amount has not been paid. The booking shall be confirmed upon realization of the cheque.
Cancellation of booking:

A letter addressed to the Secretary, GC Block Welfare Association, is to be given in advance in case of cancellation of booking for any reason.
At least 90 days prior to the date of booking: 50% of the booking amount shall be refunded by Account Payee Cheque.
No refund shall be made in case of any cancellation within 90 days of the date of booking.
